Kurt's art is focused on the use of copper either separately or in combination with other materials. His designs are often inspired by what he sees in nature and regional themes of the Southwest. The development of unique copper patina methods is a driver in seeking further development of his work. Through his work he seeks to create an appreciation of simple design concepts.
