Sandra Moench

Sandra has been making functional pottery since 1978: vessels of service, with rounded shapes for hugging between your hands. She echos the textures and colors she saw in pottery and textiles when she worked on the Navajo Nation and in New Mexico Pueblos. Her glazes are colored with iron, copper, and cobalt, as they have been for millennia, but they are all lead-free, dishwasher and microwave-safe.
