As you know, the annual Sandia Heights Artists Studio Tour is a beloved tradition, reaching art lovers both inside and outside the neighborhood. But did you know that 2023 marks the 20th annual tour? And this year, we are proud to feature 50 artists, ranging from painting to jewelry to pottery to woodworking — and much more.

La Mesa Arts Academy
The Sandia Heights Artists support a local arts nonprofit by collecting donations during the tour. Through the generous donations of our artists and visitors over the last few years, $4200 has been donated to La Mesa Arts Academy!
La Mesa Arts Academy provides free visual and performance arts classes after school for students at La Mesa Elementary School in Albuquerque's International District. Created in 2006, over 200 students participate in these art, music, and dance classes each year.
